to Get to Guaria de Osa?
- Domestic air flight to and from the Osa Peninsula:
When we send you your reservation confirmation, you will then
receive instructions how to pay Nature Air directly.
- Taxi transfers in San Jose:
Our taxi staff will meet you at Juan Santamaria International
& Tobias Bolaños Domestic Airport and drive you to
your designated hotel (if you need a hotel). Please pay our taxi
staff directly.
Note: Feel free to ask our taxi staff to service
you before and/or after your visit to Guaria de Osa.
- Hotel in San Jose:
A cozy, affordable, and conveniently located hotel within the
appealing attractions of the capital city. Please pay hotel directly.
- Osa Peninsula Transfers include:

Because of the domestic airlines schedules to and from the Osa
Peninsula, will you please let us know before you purchase your international
flight what your international itinerary will look like?
- Vacation Packages are to be paid in full at the time dates are reserved.
Each additional night is $100/adult/night for lodging and meals.

We will give you directions how to directly pay your domestic flight, hotel, and taxi service. Thank you.
Gratuity: We gratefully accept the customary tip/gratuity
of $10/adult/night for our service rendered with quality awareness.

on Vacation Packages Include
Osa Peninsula Transfers: an ocean boat ride and a safari jeep land trip to and from the Osa Peninsula
Lodging at Guaria de Osa has clean linens, light
blankets, towels, pillows, and orthopedic mattresses.
Meals: Delicious, wholesome, gourmet meals served
daily! Vegetarian options are available. A variety of teas, organic
coffee, and hot chocolate are available all day.
Adventures: Rainforest, Beach and Ocean Experiences
– as described in each Journey Itinerary below.
The
New Ethnobotany
An interpretative Plant Talk and Walk through our Ethnobotanical
Gardens – illuminating the use, application, and mythology
of the plants (offered most of the year).
An evening presentation on “Ethnobotany, Cultural and Biological
Diversity” (offered most of the year).
10% - 20% of proceeds are donated to Guaria de Osa's non-profit,
Grupo Osanimi / The Osa Foundation.
Thus your stay supports our Marine Turtle Rescue and Rainforest
Conservation Projects on the Osa Peninsula, also known as the "Little
Amazon" of Costa Rica endorsed by National Geographic as "the
most biologically intense place on Earth!"
In addition, your fees, in part, are also channelled to support
our Biodiversity Conservation and Cultural Heritage undertaking
since 1994 among Indigenous minorities in the Ecuadorian Amazon
and Andes.
